Koding Studio SG operates PostMySocials, a workspace application for creating, scheduling, and publishing content to connected social-media accounts. This policy explains what information PostMySocials handles and how it is used.

Information we handle

• Account, workspace, membership, and contact information needed to operate the service.
• Drafts, media, schedules, approvals, publishing history, and audit records created in PostMySocials.
• Social-account profile identifiers, permissions, and encrypted OAuth credentials when you connect a provider.
• Technical and security information needed to protect the service and diagnose failures.
• Subscription, plan, billing status, and payment-customer identifiers needed to manage a paid workspace. Full payment-card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by PostMySocials.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, provide workspace features, upload and store media, publish content only when scheduled or approved, maintain security, provide support, and keep an audit trail of important workspace actions.

Connected social accounts

PostMySocials sends requests to a connected provider only to perform the features you authorize, such as discovering an account or publishing scheduled content. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted. You can disconnect an account in PostMySocials or revoke access through the relevant provider.

Service providers

Koding Studio SG uses infrastructure and storage providers to host PostMySocials, its database, and uploaded media. We also use a transactional-email provider to deliver verification, password-reset, invitation, and operational messages, and Stripe to process workspace subscriptions, checkout, billing-portal access, and payment status. PostMySocials receives billing identifiers and subscription state from Stripe, but does not store full payment-card details. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with a connected social provider only as needed for the requested provider feature.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account or workspace is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational records. For deletion instructions, visit our data-deletion page or contact us.
