Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PostMySocials, a social-media publishing, scheduling, collaboration, and agent-assisted workflow service operated by Koding Studio SG. By creating an account, connecting a social account, or otherwise using PostMySocials, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use PostMySocials for a company, organization, client, or other third party, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf and to connect or manage the social accounts you authorize through the service.

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your contact information current, and controlling who has access to your workspace. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by a security issue attributable to PostMySocials.

3. Connected social accounts

PostMySocials connects to third-party social platforms only after an authorized user grants access through the relevant provider flow. You remain responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms, policies, content rules, permissions, and account requirements. You may disconnect a social account in PostMySocials or revoke access with the provider.

4. Publishing, scheduling, and agent-assisted actions

PostMySocials can help you create drafts, prepare media, choose destinations, schedule content, and carry out approved publishing workflows. AI or agent-assisted features are tools that act within the permissions and controls available to your account. You remain responsible for reviewing content, destinations, timing, and settings before approving or scheduling a publishing action where confirmation is required.

Social platforms may delay, reject, modify, rate-limit, remove, or fail to publish content. A scheduled item is not guaranteed to be published successfully, and provider availability is outside PostMySocials's control.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to PostMySocials. You grant Koding Studio SG a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to carry out actions you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish the content you submit, including any text, images, video, audio, trademarks, personal information, or other protected material.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use PostMySocials to:

• violate applicable law or a connected platform's rules;
• access or control an account without authorization;
• publish unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content;
• circumvent platform restrictions, rate limits, approvals, or PostMySocials safeguards;
• interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service; or
• use the service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful material.

7. Third-party services

PostMySocials depends on third-party services, including social platforms, hosting, storage, email, payment, and AI providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. PostMySocials is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any social network merely because that network is supported by the service.

8. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, included usage, billing periods, and plan limits are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage eligible billing changes and cancellation through the billing controls made available by PostMySocials.

9. Service changes and availability

We may update, add, remove, or change features to maintain security, comply with provider requirements, improve the product, or respond to operational needs. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or third parties; to investigate abuse; to address non-payment; or to comply with law or provider requirements. You may stop using PostMySocials at any time. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy and data-deletion instructions.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostMySocials is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every provider integration, generated output, recommendation, schedule, or publishing attempt will be accurate, accepted, available, or suitable for your purposes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koding Studio SG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, content, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for PostMySocials during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD 100 if you have not paid for the service, unless applicable law requires a different amount.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
